What is a prepaid card

A prepaid card is a contactless card such as Bigkoko SVC and PAC cards that can be used to make payments in person, via USSD code and online. Unlike a bank debit card, Bigkoko prepaid card is not usually linked to a bank account. Instead the Card owner can top up the prepaid card account when ever they desire to use the Cards. It means that the cardholder can only spend what is pre-loaded onto the card.
